Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription through Awaken Greens, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at Chris@awakenforwellness.com.
To ensure sufficient processing time, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment date. Requests received fewer than 7 days before a scheduled shipment may not prevent that shipment from being processed and billed.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
The Awaken Greens 21-Day Challenge Guarantee applies only to a customer's first bag and does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. Customers are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions in accordance with this policy.
