Thank you for choosing Awaken Greens. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Subscription Orders

Customers enrolled in a subscription program will receive recurring shipments according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Subscription orders are processed automatically before each scheduled shipment date. To avoid receiving your next subscription shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Awaken Greens is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Chris@awakenforwellness.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where required by law or carrier restrictions.
