How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email Chris@awakenforwellness.com within 21 days of your purchase date and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A brief description of your experience with Awaken Greens

Eligibility

• Valid on your first bag of Awaken Greens purchased through the 21-Day Challenge.
• Limited to one refund per customer.
• Refund requests must be submitted by email.
• Refund requests must be received within 21 days of purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Subscription Terms

The 21-Day Challenge is a subscription program. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges and shipments according to your selected subscription plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment date. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 7 days before a scheduled shipment may not take effect until after that shipment has been processed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded under the subscription policy.

Customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions through their customer account portal or by contacting us directly.
